The Inspector General requested that the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca initiate contempt proceedings against President Gustavo Petro and Minister of Mines and Energy (MinEnergia) Omar Andrés Camacho for failing to appoint commissioners to the Energy and Gas Regulation Commission (CREG).
