The Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission (CREG) published Resolution CREG 101 094 of 2025, establishing transitional rules to make network use more efficient, promote electrical sector reliability through project entry, ensure demand supply, and initiate a new process for assigning connection points to generation plants.
