Colombia's Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission (CREG) resumed operating with its complete team of six expert commissioners after nearly three years of unprecedented vacancies, following the recent swearing-in of Ángela Álvarez and Adriana Jiménez before Mines and Energy Minister Edwin Palma.
