Consultant PWC published its annual survey of board directors and grabbed attention with the finding “Two-thirds of female directors say reducing the impact of climate change is a priority even if it impacts short-term performance—compared to less than half of male directors.” And the trend went beyond just climate change: all aspects of ESG (environment, social, governance) showed big differences between male and female directors.
