Colombia's Superintendency of Public Services (Superservicios) established a Unified Command Post (PMU) to conduct permanent monitoring of the Caribbean energy market following its intervention in utility company Air-e, which serves over 1.3 million subscribers across the departments of Atlántico, Magdalena, and La Guajira.
