Colombia’s Mining and Energy Planning Unit (UPME) launched a public tender for the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the new Sopó substation (230/115 kilovolts), along with the development of two 230-kilovolt double-circuit transmission lines.
