The Ministry of Mines and Energy (MinEnergia) proposed a draft addition to the Unified Regulatory Decree for the Administrative Sector of Mines and Energy 1073 of 2015 concerning the regulation of Law 2045 of 2020 on prioritizing investments in projects for the provision of public utility services within the social investment plans and programs of contracts for exploration and exploitation of non-renewable natural resources.
