Almost exactly a year ago to the day you will see this article, we published a long analysis of Levelized Costs of Energy (LCOE) in a Colombian context. Recently a number of energy research organizations have updated their LCOE although the UPME has not. Also recently, XM held an auction for power generation and the results should tell us something about how investors perceive relative costs… or risks.
