Colombia's Inspector General's Office has formally demanded that the Superintendency of Public Utilities (Superservicios) expand its reporting on the ongoing state intervention of Air-e, the troubled Caribbean electricity distributor, after concluding that an initial report submitted by the regulator was too vague to allow meaningful oversight of the process.
