Barranquilla's district government signed a joint declaration with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) validating progress on "Winds of Barranquilla," (Vientos de Barranquilla) which will become Colombia's first offshore wind farm, positioned in Caribbean waters off the city's coast.
