The Ministry of Mines and Energy, through the Fondo de Energías No Convencionales y Gestión Eficiente de la Energía (FENOGE), completed installation of photovoltaic solar systems at Hospital Kennedy in Riofrío, marking the close of a program covering 10 public hospitals across Valle del Cauca.
