Colombia's Agencia Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA) granted environmental approval for the transmission interconnection linking the Ariguaní photovoltaic park (200 MWac) to the La Loma 500kV substation, spanning the municipalities of El Paso and Chiriguaná in Cesar.
