XM, Colombia's grid operator and an ISA subsidiary, warned in its latest bulletin that the gap between the system's firm (secure) energy and projected demand will reach 7.76% for 2026-2027 and remain at 7.6% for 2027-2028, up sharply from 5.43% in 2025-2026.
