Audi presented the new A4, the first sedan to be launched in 2021.

The car will be part of the mild hybrid portfolio that also includes the Q5, Q7, Q8 and A6, La Republica reported. According to Audi, “the 12V Mild Hybrid System can recover energy under braking or coasting and a lithium-ion battery powers auxiliaries when coasting with the combustion engine shut off”.

“While the demand for SUVs is an upward trend, we are not neglecting car-loving customers. We know that the cars provide a different driving experience,” Margarita Quintana, Audi Brand Manager, said.

The new vehicle will be available in two versions: Advanced, at CoP$159.9M and Progressive, at CoP$179.9M. Both with turbocharged gasoline engines in different configurations of the 2.0 TFSI engine: the first with 190hp and 320Nm of torque and the second, 249hp and 370Nm of torque.

“Our iconic car arrives in Colombia and we will also include for the first time the Edition One concept for the advanced version, giving a distinctive touch to 50 special units,” Quintana added.

The brand will launch these 50 units in Navarra Blue, Foil Silver and Manhattan Gray. For the Advanced version, Glacier White will be added in addition to these shades, and for Progressive, Turbo Blue and Daytona Gray will be added.
