The governors of Córdoba, Atlántico, and Sucre signed the Plan Caribe Energético 2026-2030 on June 13, a regional energy roadmap developed through the Caribbean Regional Administrative Planning Body (RAP Caribe) in coordination with industry associations, energy companies, and technical experts.
