Enel-Codensa and Enel-Emgensa announced calls to apply for internships.
The companies said that about 100 students will be selected to be part of the Companies’ Talent Coach program.
They will have the opportunity to start their professional careers in the areas of Infrastructure and Networks, Trading, Auditing, Power Generation, Communications, Innovation and Sustainability, Enel X, Regulation, Human Resources, Administration, Finance and Control (AFC), among others, Portafolio reported.
“People are at the center of our Open Power philosophy. We faithfully believe in the power of fresh and novel ideas. The new generations bring different points of view, and bring ideas full of good energy,” Lucio Rubio Díaz, General Director of Enel in Colombia, said.
The selected candidates will be part of a group that is committed to diversity and inclusion, and quality of life. The company highlighted that the Equivares Gold Seal, the appointment as Family Responsible Companies and the Friendly Biz certification, granted to businesses that are friendly to the LGBT community, demonstrate this.
The internship period will begin in August 2021 and will last six months, with the option of an extension.
At the end of the training process, students may be chosen to participate in Young Talent, a program that links them as Junior Professionals for a year and provides them with an approach to the different lines of business, supporting them in the development of transversal skills that enhance his career within the Enel companies in Colombia.
“That is why our interest in linking young talents with an open and flexible mind, with a high capacity for adaptation and resourcefulness, and with a proactive and challenging mentality that allows them to face the great challenges of energy and the world,” Rubio added.
