In a significant step toward regional energy cooperation, Colombia’s Minister of Mines and Energy (MinEnergia), Edwin Palma, met with Ecuador’s Minister of Energy and Mines, Inés María Manzano, to review and strengthen the bilateral electrical interconnection between the two nations.
