Isagen signed a contract for the acquisition of a solar park.

The project has an installed capacity of 100 megawatts (MW), and was owned by the companies Green Energy Professional Consulting and Bosques Solares SL, Portafolio reported.

Isagen confirms its commitment to the energy transformation process, after having announced the acquisition of nearly 40MW of generation in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán in January this year.

The company recalled that it is developing the project Guajira I wind farm and the acquisition of the Luzma I and Luzma II hydroelectric generation assets in February this year.

“Isagen is making a determined move in its expansion towards new opportunities, reinforcing its clean generation matrix and expanding its presence to new regions of the country to generate value for more stakeholders,” the company said.
