The Minister of Environment (MinAmbiente), Susana Muhamad, criticized Mayor Carlos Fernando Galán's water rationing plan, stating that it should be accompanied by a review of Territorial Planning Plans, as they prioritized urban expansion over the impact of the climate crisis and the region's water capacity.
