Following the disclosure of XM's letter, expressing concern to the government about the decreased availability of hydroelectric plants because of low reservoir levels or other restrictions, and the increased demand that could lead to service disruption, Andrés Camacho, Minister of Mines and Energy (MinEnergia), provided explanations on the current situation, without referencing the communication.
