Outgoing Minister Edwin Palma disclosed on July 22nd, at a Colombia Solar ceremony in Barranquilla, that the transition team coordinating the sector handover for the incoming De la Espriella government had sent the ministry an official written request to abstain from continuing to execute and expand the Colombia Solar program during the transition period.
